- Band Saw Wheels

years of operation without needs to regrind the wheels. The design
of the wheels has been optimized by computer calculations. The full
solid bottom wheel with its much higher momentum always pulls the
band through the cut. Saw Wheels, thoroughly balanced. runs on Taper
Roller Bearings. The saw strain is directly transferred to the
machine frame by utilizing the dead arbor concept. The drive shaft
is not loaded with bending stresses. Advantage: minimum bearing

For precise alignment of the saw blade, the top wheel is tilted
with an electric motor.
